1.Acceptance of Terms

1. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bosku88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bosku88.win and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
2. By completing registration or placing a wager on the bosku88 Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
3. This Agreement applies to all users regardless of the jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessed, subject to applicable local law.

2.Eligibility & Registration

If the Company discovers at any time that a registered user is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration, the account shall be immediately suspended, all associated winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method of origin where technically feasible.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities may not register as Players.
3. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the bosku88 Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bosku88 may close all associated accounts and withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.
4. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal prohibition in your jurisdiction that prevents you from accessing or using online gambling services. bosku88 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your place of residence before registering.
5. bosku88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification) at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
6. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You undertake to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.Account Responsibilities

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
2. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your bosku88 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. You must notify bosku88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
3. bosku88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. You must not allow any third party to use your bosku88 account, including members of your immediate household. Each individual must maintain their own registered account.
5. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are secure. bosku88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication from your Account Security settings to mitigate the risk of unauthorised access.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All transactions on the bosku88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion fee is applied by bosku88 on MYR transactions.
2. Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the applicable method as published on the Platform's deposit page.
3. bosku88 only accepts deposits from payment instruments registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Where the original method cannot accept withdrawals, bosku88 may request alternative verified payment method details.
5. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request prior to processing. Processing times are indicative and may be extended where due diligence requirements apply.
6. bosku88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may levy its own fees, over which bosku88 has no control.
7. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until such requirements are met. Unconverted bonus balances cannot be withdrawn.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

1. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between this Agreement and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
2. Standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
3. bosku88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such change shall not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the modification.
4. Players may not hold more than one active bonus of the same type simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly permits this.
5. Evidence of bonus abuse — including, without limitation, matched betting, arbitrage, exploiting software errors, or collusion — entitles bosku88 to void all associated winnings and close the implicated account(s).
6. Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6.Wagering Rules

1. All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an explicit cash-out facility is available and the bet qualifies for early settlement under the terms of that facility.
2. bosku88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where the outcome of an event was known at the time the bet was placed.
3. In the event of a technical failure during a live game or live sports event, bets will be settled in accordance with the Company's technical fault procedures, which prioritise the most recent confirmed game state prior to the failure.
4. Maximum payout limits per single bet and per event are published on the applicable game or sport page. bosku88 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes at its absolute discretion.
5. Where a Player is found to be using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, all winnings associated with such activity will be voided and the account closed.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bosku88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Registering or operating accounts on behalf of third parties;
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any transaction or identity verification process;
• Attempting to circumvent any security feature or responsible gaming restriction implemented by bosku88;
• Using collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperative play designed to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, where bosku88 has specifically geo-restricted access;
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or systematically extracting data from the Platform.

8.Intellectual Property

1. All content on the bosku88 Platform — including without limitation software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, and written content — is the exclusive property of bosku88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other use is permitted.
3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bosku88.

9.Limitation of Liability

1. The bosku88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bosku88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bosku88's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. bosku88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bosku88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. bosku88 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or disruptions attributable to third-party payment providers.

10.Responsible Gaming

1. bosku88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account Settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
2. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and result in permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new bosku88 account. bosku88 reserves the right to close any account opened in breach of an active self-exclusion.
3. bosku88 does not extend credit to Players. All wagering activity must be funded from existing account balances.

11.Account Suspension & Closure

1. bosku88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
2. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, bosku88 is entitled to freeze and report the account to relevant authorities without disclosing the investigation to the account holder.
3. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting live chat support. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, it will be treated as a self-exclusion request per Clause 10.2.
4. Upon legitimate closure by the Player, any outstanding eligible balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.

12.Dispute Resolution

1. In the event of a dispute regarding any bet settlement, bonus outcome, or transaction, you must raise the matter with bosku88's support team via live chat within fourteen (14) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.
2. bosku88 will acknowledge dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Complex investigations may require additional time, in which case bosku88 will provide an interim status update.
3. bosku88's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding unless the Player elects to escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by the Platform's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final.

13.Amendments

1. bosku88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via an in-Platform notification prior to taking effect.
2. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive obligations, and updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice.

14.Governing Law

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bosku88 holds its gaming licence, as may be updated from time to time.
2. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence in respect of consumer protection.
